ASA TARBELL was born 15 Sept. 1768 in Pepperell, Middlesex Co., MA and married on 21 July 1789 SARAH DOLE, b 23 May 1769 in Middlesex Co., MA, daughter of AMOS DOLE and MOLLY PAGE who were married 29 May 1755 in Groton MA. (Source: Thomas Tarbell and his Descendants)

ISAAC TARBELL was born 9 Oct 1772/3 in Chester VT and died Mar 1841 at 78 years (Taylor Cemetery) Hounsfield, Jefferson Co., NY, son of Lt. JONATHAN and ANNA (GILSON) (PATCH) TARBELL. ISAAC married 1) JOANNA GLEASON who died 22 April 1808 in Chester VT at 37 and 2) on 8 Feb 1809 Mrs. LYDIA WILSON who d 1 Jan 1832, at 57 years) and is buried in the Taylor Cemetery. ISAAC'S will calls him of Hounsfield, Jefferson Co., NY and was dated 21 Oct. 1837. He named his daughters: JOANNA and SARAH and his sons: ELI, JONATHAN, WILLARD, THOMAS, HENRY and JOHN. (Source: Thomas Tarbell and his Descendants) Isaac Tarbell also served in the War of 1812.

2) ELI TARBELL b 25 Sept 1790, died 4 Oct 1845; married SYBIL PARKER who was born 7 Mar 1798 and died 22 Sept 1879; resided Smithville NY
3) JONATHAN TARBELL b 16 Feb 1793 Chester VT; married BETSY LAMB. Lived in Michigan and Illinois.
4) JOHN TARBELL b 22 Feb 1795 and died near Portsmouth VA 16 Oct 1838; m FRANCES (---)
5) WILLARD TARBELL b 25 May 1799 m AURELIA RANSOM. Lived at Lafargeville and Orleans NY
6) HENRY TARBELL b 29 Feb 1808 died young

Children of ISAAC TARBELL and Mrs. LYDIA WILSON:

7)THOMAS TARBELL was born 5 July 1809 and died 11 July 1877 age 68 years, at Three Mile Bay, Jefferson Co., NY. He married on 25 Oct. 1832 HARRIET EARL BUNCE who was born 27 Feb 1815. She died 2 June 1875.
