In the matter of the estate of Alvin Herrick of LeRay, Jeff. Co., NY:
On 3 January 1836 Achsah Herrick presented an inventory of the estate.
Upon the petition of Walter Forward of LeRay, he stated that Alvin Herrick had died in January 1836, and made no will. He left a widow, Achsa Herrick, him surviving. Walter was a creditor of the deceased. Petition dated 23 Dec. 1836. /s/ Walter Forward
