AMOS MALLERY of the Town of Rutland, of advanced age, named son, GARRICK MALLERY; son AMOS MALLERY and MAJOR GEORGE WHITE, son-in-law, DR.G(ordon) P. SPENCER, as executors of his will. Mentions wife but not by name. Named daughters, AMELIA and HANNAH; daughter DEBORAH, and children of second daughter, HARRIET, shall receive money, as daughter Harriet is deceased. Daughter, JERUSHA. Son, AMOS MALLERY. Directed the executors to sell the farm. /s/ Amos Mallery. Will dated 17 July 1833.
