On the petition of Jared Maxon of Hounsfield, he stated that he was the general guardian of Nettie Lee and Etta Lee, minor children of Benjamin F. Lee of Adams, deceased. Benjamin died on 12 May 1869 at Adams of a natural death and left no will.

Etta Lee
Nettie Lee, minor children of the deceased, who reside with the petitioner.
