Cyrus named SAMUEL F. BOYDEN, notes and claims against SAMUEL F. BOYDEN, which I have taken up for him
and now hold against him. Named his daughter, MARY BOYDEN, wife of SAMUEL F. BOYDEN. Named his daughter, EUNICE BROWN, wife of ROBERT BROWN. Named his daughter, JULIA THOMAS, wife of EZRA THOMAS. Named his wife, JULIA. Named his two sons, DeWITT CLINTON HUBBARD and BARNEY HUBBARD, when 21. Named his daughter, EMMA JENEVIEVE HUBBARD, when she is 18. CODICIL:
$50 to be paid to MARY BOYDEN six months after his deceased. The legacy due EUNICE BROWN after deducting the amount of ROBERT BROWN's note, to be paid one year after his decease. Legacy to JULIA THOMAS to be paid at different periods. Appointed SIMEON MATHER as executor.
