WILL OF DANIEL OVERTON
DANIEL OVERTON named his brother, NATHANIEL B. OVERTON, and gave him all of his real and personal estate, in consideration that Nathaniel was to take his son, DANIEL GEORGE OVERTON, who was an infant child of six months and four days of age, into his family. Nathaniel was to feed, clothe and school the baby and to cherish him, protect him in sickness and in health. Nathaniel was appointed sole Executor. Will dated 11 September 1830. /s/ Daniel Overton.
Witnesses: ARUNAH HILL, LUCY BATES and CORNELIUS WILLIAMS
