Ann C. Dutton, wife of Erastus B. Dutton of Rutland, and petitioner. She listed as the only surviving child of David Perry, the deceased, and of full age.
Edward H. Thompson of Watertown, Jeff. Co., NY, son of Maria, a deceased daughter of David Perry, of full age.
David Perry left no widow surviving.
David Perry was formerly of Lowville, Lewis Co., NY but then of Rutland, Jeff. Co. when he made his will. He named his son-in-law, Erastus B. Dutton, to receive his library. Named his grandson, Edward H. Thompson. Named his grandson, Henry P. Dutton. Named his granddaughters: Harriet H. Dutton and Mary C. Dutton. Named his daughter, Ann C. Dutton, wife of Erastus B. Dutton of Rutland. Appointed his son-in-law Erastus B. Dutton and his wife, Ann C. Dutton as executors.
