On 12 December 1850, PETER C. LOADWICK of LeRay petitioned to open probate as a legatee of the will and ISAIAH LOADWICK as sole executor.

PHIILIP PUTMAN of Lyme, NY
JANE ANN BIGSBY of St. Johnsville, Montgomery Co., NY
Jane Ann Bigsby was a minor having no general guardian in the state.

DELIA LOADWICK named her husband. P. C. LOADWICK for a mortgage against JOHN P. PUTMAN dated 23 June 1842 and a note against MALCHIOR L. BAUTER dated 11 March 1848; another note against ABRAM HAZE and JOHN HAZE dated 18 February 1846. Named her daughter, JANE ANN. Appointed ISAIAH LOADWICK as executor of her will. Will dated 10 September 1850. /s/ Delia Loadwick
