DEXTER HUNGERFORD named his wife, MARIETTA HUNGERFORD. After his wife's death, to his children and their heirs. Appointed wife, MARIETTA and his son, SOLON D. HUNGERFORD, as executrix and executor of the will. Will dated 1 December 1852.
