REUBEN SCOTT, executor of the will, submitted a petition for probate on 8 June 1835.

EDWARD L. CHAPMAN named CHRISTOPHER L. POOR to receive residue of estate after expenses were paid. He left a trunk to REUBEN SCOTT and appointed Reuben Scott as his executor. Will dated 16 May 1835. /s/ Edward L. Chapman
