Mary Ann Wood, wife of William W. Wood, petitioner of Adams, all of Jefferson Co., NY and all of full age and children of the deceased.
William E. Dorwin of Royalton, Berrien Co., Michigan
Elizabeth H. McCarty, wife of Charles McCarty of Glen Arbor, Michigan, also children of the deceased and of full age.
That Hubby Dorwin of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin,is the husband of said Elizabeth Dorwin, deceased.
Elizabeth Dorwin named her two daughters: Elizabeth H. McCarty, now wife of Charles M. McCarty and Mary Ann Wood, wife of William W. Wood. She appointed William W. Wood, husband of her daughter, Mary Ann Wood, as sole executor of the will.
Will dated 4 February 1854. /s/ Elizabeth Dorwin
Witnesses: A. S. Babcock of Champion and Silas Freeman also of Champion
Will proved: 4 February 1862.
