Frances A. Cadwell of Watertown, petitioned to open probate on 15 June 1886.
She stated that Elvira S. Howard died on 25 April 1886 in Watertown and left no will.
HEIRS/NEXT OF KIN:
Frances R. Howard, only child of the deceased, a minor, age 10 on 6 March 1886. B
Petitioner was appointed her general guardian by the Surrogate Court. Frances L. White, of Syracuse, Onondaga Co., NY, later filed a petition on 9 April 1910 regarding missing assets in her mother's estate.
