Upon the petition, dated 2 October, 1923, of George L. Ashbocker, of Evans Mills, only child of the deceased, he stated that his father departed this life on 27 September 1923 in Pamelia and left no will.
HEIRS/NEXT OF KIN:
George P. Ashbocker, son and only heir. Father was a widower.
