SAMUEL FAIRBANKS of Jacksonville, Florida
GEORGE R. FAIRBANKS of Sewanee, Tennessee
All children of said deceased of full age.
WILL OF JASON FAIRBANKS
JASON FAIRBANKS named in his will his wife, MARY M. FAIRBANKS. Named his son, SAMUEL FAIRBANKS; named son GEORGE R. FAIRBANKS; named son JASON M. FAIRBANKS; named son ANDREW J. FAIRBANKS. Named Samuel Fairbanks of Jacksonville, and George R. Fairbanks of St. Augustine, Florida as executors; if either should die before probate of the will, then son Jason M. Fairbanks would replace the deceased executor. Dated 11 September 1856. /s/s JASON FAIRBANKS
