In the matter of the estate of Joseph Henry of Watertown, Jeff. Co., NY:
Upon the petition of John Clarke of Watertown, he stated that on 15 October 1855 he recovered a judgment in the Supreme Court of New York against Joseph Henry, in the amount of $235.05. Further, the amount thereof remained due and unpaid to the petitioner. That Joseph Henry died at St. Paul in the territory of Minnesota in the month of October or November 1855; he left no family or relatives and died intestate.
