In the matter of the estate of JOSEPH P. MACUMBER of LeRay, Jeff. Co., NY: (replacement)
On the petition of JOHN MACUMBER, creditors of the deceased, who died intestate. He stated that Joseph P. Macumber departed this life on or about the month of August in the year 1838. Further, that ALCESTA MACUMBER, now ALCESTA EVANS, formerly widow of said Joseph P. Macumber, deceased, was duly appointed administratrix of all of the estate, about 7 May 1839, and on or about the 22 day of October 1851, a full inventory of the estate was made.
HEIRS AT LAW OF JOSEPH P. MACUMBER:
EDWIN MACUMBER, is of full age, of LeRay
JOHN MACUMBER, age 19 in Herkimer Co., NY
ALMEDA MACUMBER age 13 who resides at LeRay
ALCESTA EVANS, mother and heir of ALSADA MACUMBER, daughter of Joseph P. Macumber, deceased, who died after Joseph P. Macumber.
