In the matter of the estate of LABAN DAILY of Ellisburg, Jeff. Co., NY:
JERUSHA McKEE, widow of the deceased, stated that Laban had died on or about the 23rd day of July 1825 and had not made a will and was deranged at his death.
Dated April 20, 1833.
Jerusha also stated that she had remarried with JOSEPH MKEE who was since died.
