CORA A. BAILEY of Cape Vincent, daughter of the deceased, stated that Lovina departed this life on 24 March 1924 at Cape Vincent, and left no will. Petition dated 11 April 1924. Cora stated that she was the only descendant of the deceased, and that Lovina left no husband.
