In the matter of the estate of PHEBE DAVIS of Rodman, Jefferson Co., NY:
An inventory of her chattel goods was taken at Rodman on 30 November 1824, and an inventory submitted to the court. Aaron Davis submitted a charge for taking care of her from 15 Nov. 1822 until 23 September 1823, providing nurse and watchers. The Surrogate judge allowed Aaron the amount of $92.87 to 5 February 1825, which was the date of his claim to her estate. No will.
