In the matter of the estate of RACHEL PHELPS of Watertown, Jefferson Co., NY:
On 27 Jan. 1859, BURRIT PHELPS of Watertown filed the petition to open probate, and stated that he was the son of RACHEL PHELPS, and that she deceased on 8 April 1856 in Watertown, without a will, of a natural death.

ELI PHELPS of Rodman, children of ANNA BABCOCK?, a daughter of the deceased.
