On 1 November 1858, Alexander D. Williams and George S. Cady of Ellisburg petitioned to open probate; that they are the husbands of Nancy L. and Caroline B., who are daughters. Robert Myrick departed this life on 24 October 1858 at Ellisburg, of a natural death and left no will.
