Named his daughter, Mary Elizabeth Kirk. Named his friend, Benjamin S. Walcott of New York Mills. Named his son, William Doxtater Kirk. Named his beloved wife, Mary Doxtater Kirk. He appointed his wife, Mary D. Kirk and Newel Bond as co-executors.
