PARKER A. THAYER of Rutland, Rutland Co., Vermont, both minors having no general guardian, children of MARIA THAYER, deceased, and grandchildren of Samuel Adams.
SARAH ANN ADAMS of Alexandria, NY is of full age and widow of Samuel Adams.
