oth of Watertown, children of the deceased and both minors, having no general guardian.

SEPTIMUS E. ADAMS named RICHARD B. ADAMS as executor of the will. Gave his real and personal estate to HARVEY BAILEY of Watertown, formerly of Orleans, in trust for the wife and children. Named his wife, ALMIRA T. ADAMS and to the guardian of his two sons, FRANK W. ADAMS and FAYEL B. ADAMS for their support. Named Harvey Bailey as trustee. Will dated 15 January 1867. /s/ S. E. Adams.
Witnesses: ALLEN C. BRACH and L. H. ADAMS both of Watertown, NY
