This will recorded in March of 1813.
Thomas Cox of LeRay named his wife, Eunice Cox. All right title and interest in a lot of land where he lived, should be sold as soon as convenient after his decease. After expenses were paid, he appointed wife, Eunice, as guardian of his only son, Richard Cox, who was then underage. He appointed Eunice and Samuel Child as executors. Will dated 13 of the 2nd month of 1813. /s/ Thomas Cox
