JASON FRANCIS of Rutland, of full age only heir and petitioner.
THOMAS F. FRANCIS made his will at 22 years. He named his mother, MARILDA. He appointed his father, JASON FRANCIS and THOMAS P. FRANCIS, his uncle as executors and trustees for his mother. Will dated 3 July 1843.
