On 24 July 1886, Helen L. Hubbard, widow of the deceased, stated that T. Orson had departed on 16 July 1886 in Watertown and left no will.
HEIRS/NEXT OF KIN:
Helen L. Hubbard, widow of the deceased
Truman Hubbard, son of deceased of Michigan about 9 years of age having no general guardian. The Court determined that the minor Truman Hubbard was under 14 years of age and resided with Lewellyn Disbrow, a person of full age at Clam Lake, Antrim Co., Michigan.
